The bed is the heart of the van, but why can’t it do more? Ours converts from SLEEP to EAT to WORK in seconds. The design is easy to lift, and takes up very little cargo space when stored. There is nothing else like it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Antero Adventure Vans good for families?

We think they are the best class B 4x4 adventure vans for families, hands down! We emphasize flexibility in our design, so no matter what you are into, you can do it with Antero. Have a large family? use your van as a daily driver, carrying as many as 8 family or friends, including the driver, to and from school or activities by adding DOT approved seats. They even have child seat mounting points. Spend the weekend days at sporting events? Be ready for a full day of hungry kids with cold drinks and sandwiches. You choose how to use the comfortable space we've given you.

Will you build or customize a van I already own?

We are a manufacturer focused on doing one thing and doing it well. Because of this we source our own chassis to ensure uniformity, and we only build the products we have specified on this site. This business model also allows us to be RVIA certified, which allows benefits to the end user like the assurance of safety, access to National Parks, and traditional bank financing.

What type of power system comes in an Antero Adventure Van?

We've designed our OFF-GRID (OG) power system to fit the weekend adventurer perfectly.

  • 180 watts of solar power: Standard.
  • 2000 watt inverter: Standard
  • 2- 12 volt Lithium Ion batteries (210ah total): Standard
  • 40 amp battery manager to allow charging from the solar panels, shore plug or the chassis alternator: Standard-Option to plug into 20 amp or 30 amp shore power to charge or preserve your batteries when available.

Why do your vans not have bathrooms?

When we were working on the design for these vans, we did some research, and asked some questions. What we found was, to our surprise, many of the people buying this type of class B adventure van never intended to use a built in toilet. This fits right into our flexible, open space concept! More space for gear! More space for seats! We have developed a cabinet that contains a cassette toilet to match your van if you are one that will certainly need it. Stow it in the GEARage like gear. Leave it at home if you don't need it on a specific adventure. It all comes back to flexibility.

How long do I have to wait to get my van?

Because we are a spec van builder that sells through RV dealerships, hopefully no time at all. Shop these dealerships to find a unit that is in stock and make your deal! That said, demand is high right now. There is a chance that our dealerships are sold out or waiting for their ordered vans to arrive. We have not seen a wait of more than 4 weeks when this happens. To be safe lock your in with a deposit today! If you don't see a van you like, or one that has the options you need (limited to the Off-road package and rooftop Air Conditioning) the authorized dealership can order one from us. That should also only be a month to get the right van.
